Breaded zucchini

Today’s recipe is very simple and a perfect garniture for all kinds of meats.

Many children don’t like veggies, but this is a way of trick them (in a healthy way). These zucchinis look more attractive and delicious than ever! Kids won’t say a word and,  if we are lucky, they may even ask for more!


 3 zucchinis
 2 eggs
 Salt and oil for frying


Peel and cut the zucchini lengthwise into thick strips. Then season with salt and a little bit of lemon juice, cover them with flour and dip in beaten egg and, after that, bread crumbs, pressing well to secure the breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
