Breaded steaks parmesan

Hello friends,

Today recipe is quite simple and is a good idea for these summer days when we don’t have too much time to spend in the kitchen (or just don’t feel like it).

My husband and kids are driving me crazy asking for “summer’s food”,  of course their definition of that is different; kids want burgers and ice creams and the hubby salads, veggies, fish… Well, mine is anything under 30 minutes preparation and this is one of them.


Steaks, one per person
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. red wine (optional)
2 cups breadcrumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 ½ cup tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying


Season the meat with salt, garlic, wine, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, leave it marinate for a while.  Then mix bread with parmesan cheese and cover the steaks with it, then fry them in oil (the amount of oil must be just enough to cover the bottom of the pan, so the bread won’t come off) when they are golden brown, put them in a baking tray, pour some tomato sauce on each one and mozzarella, put them in the preheated oven (350 ºF) until the cheese has melted and voilà, dinner is ready!

You can accompany this recipe with rice, veggies or fries.  Enjoy!
